End User License Agreement (EULA)

  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

4. Ownership

The application, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property, remains the property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
